Contingent workers (role specific experts) directly onboarded by clients on their/our payroll at a cost plus model as below

  • Transparency on cost, payroll to be owned either by the client or S2A, transfer to client’s payroll on mutually agreed one time payment

  • Clients to own employee delivery and associated tasks (i.e. leaves, performance etc.)
